Hi. I 'm Maria

Empowering parents to overcome life’s challenges and unlock the full potential of their families, fostering a world where every child – regardless of their abilities – can thrive, grow, and achieve their fullest potential.

I’m passionate about empowering parents to overcome challenges and unlock the potential within their families. As a mother of four, including a child with Prader Willi Syndrome, I understand firsthand the joys and struggles of parenting, particularly when it comes to special needs. This personal journey led me to dedicate my life to helping other parents through transformational coaching, guiding them toward lasting positive change.

My Story

When my son was diagnosed with Prader Willi Syndrome, it was a pivotal moment that changed my life. I realized that the road ahead would be challenging, but I also knew that with the right support and mindset, we could navigate it successfully. This experience inspired me to create the Greek Prader Willi Syndrome Association and become an active member of the global Prader Willi community.

Over the years, I’ve combined my personal experiences with a deep commitment to learning and growth. I’ve become a certified Rapid Transformational Coach through Marisa Peer, earned several certifications from the International Coaching Federation, and studied programs from renowned figures like Marianne Wlliamson, Louise Hay, Joe Vitale and Bruce Lipton. My goal is to bring all this knowledge and experience to the parents I coach, helping them to not only cope with their challenges but to thrive in spite of them.

Volunteering and Advocacy

My passion for helping others extends beyond coaching. I’ve been an active volunteer with “O Kosmos tou Pari”, “Make a Wish” and served as a Greek representative for the International Prader Willi Syndrome Organization (IWPSO) for five years. Through these roles, I’ve been able to make a meaningful impact on the lives of many families facing similar challenges.

Becoming Free From The Fear Of Failure

Seek support and surround yourself with likeminded souls! Share your goals and fears with trusted individuals, perhaps a mastermind group, who can provide reassurance, perspective, growth, encouragement, and practical advice. Remember what Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “Always do what you are afraid to do”.

5 Things You Need To Know To Survive And Thrive After A Divorce

Practice patience. Divorce, much like a marriage, tends to be a life-altering event. If you have children, your co-parenting schedule could mean spending days without them for the first time. As you begin to adjust to the altered shape of your life, you might experience a complex blend of thoughts and feelings ranging from betrayal and loss to anger, or even relief. To put it simply, divorce can throw your life into upheaval. Be patient and give yourself time to reestablish yourself, it can help to keep in mind that divorce doesn’t mean your life has ended. Rather, it signals a new beginning.
